Yucobalt recently completed a large-scale fall protection harness supply project for a customer in Uzbekistan, with a total contract value of US$1 million. The project further demonstrated our capability in bulk order support, stable quality control, and international delivery coordination for work-at-height safety products.
The order mainly included European 5-point full body safety harnesses in the standard model, together with double lanyards for integrated fall protection use. These products were prepared for demanding work-at-height applications and produced according to the customers project requirements. Relevant standards included EN 361 and GB 6095-2021, and certificates or test reports are available upon request.
For bulk project orders, product consistency and inspection control are critical. Before packaging, each safety harness was checked according to internal inspection procedures, including stitching quality, hardware integrity, and labeling accuracy. This helped ensure that the delivered products met both functional and visual requirements for the project.
In terms of packaging and shipment, the products were packed in individual fabric bags and export cartons. Pallets, carton markings, and other packaging details could also be customized according to warehouse handling and shipping requirements. Delivery time for this type of order is generally around 30 days, depending on the final quantity and configuration.
