Aramid Flame-Retardant Full Body Safety Harness
This is a specialized flame-retardant and high-temperature resistant safety belt. Made of high-strength polyester fiber, it boasts excellent abrasion resistance and acid/alkali resistance. Equipped with three D-rings, it is particularly suitable for harsh working environments involving high temperatures, sparks, and intense friction.
Product Details
We offer two options for this model: one is more suitable for high-intensity, high-risk environments, and the other is suitable for daily work.
This full-body harness is made of flame-retardant aramid fiber and is meticulously designed for high-altitude work in high-temperature, high-risk, and complex industrial environments. It features a thickened lumbar support pad, offering superior heat resistance compared to standard harnesses under specific working conditions, while providing a higher level of safety protection.
This harness employs a five-point design with adjustable webbing at the chest, legs, and waist to ensure optimal comfort and comprehensive safety. The webbing is made of 45mm wide high-strength polyester fiber. A D-ring is located at the back, and two D-rings with a black electrophoretic coating at the chest provide excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance and can be used as tool attachment points. The product weighs 1 kg and has a minimum breaking strength of 25 kN.
Our flame-retardant aramid full-body harness complies with CE EN361 and GB6095 standards and is suitable for welding, steel structure work, and other harsh industrial environments. We offer OEM and ODM customization services, allowing you to customize colors, labels, logos, and packaging to your needs.

FAQ
1. Why is aramid webbing chosen for this safety belt?
Aramid webbing was chosen because of its excellent flame retardancy, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance, making it particularly suitable for work in high-temperature environments.
2. How does this flame-retardant safety belt differ from a standard safety belt?
This safety belt is made of flame-retardant aramid webbing; therefore, its heat resistance, flame retardancy, and abrasion resistance are superior to safety belts made of standard polyester materials.
3. Does the term “flame-retardant” mean that this safety belt can be directly exposed to open flames?
Not entirely. The term “flame-retardant” simply indicates that the material is specially designed with enhanced fire and heat resistance; however, it should not be considered a substitute for professional fire protection equipment, nor does it prevent prolonged direct contact with open flames.
